Offshore wind energy technology has been used internationally for decades and increasingly, more countries, including Australia, are turning to offshore wind to become a key part of their renewable energy mix.

The challenges for offshore wind are as unique as they are complex from constructability to grid connections to workforce to policy settings. A must-attend one-day event for anyone involved in the evolution of this new industry in the Australian context.

Holland Home of Wind Energy (HHWE) activities in Australia

In 2025, we are aiming to participate in the Australia Wind Energy Exhibition & Conference in July, combined with a trade mission. This means there are no plans yet to join the Australian Offshore Wind Industry Forum with a Netherlands delegation. If you are interested in the Australian wind market and need help to enter the market, reach out to us, and together with the diplomatic network in Australia we can support you where needed!
