The Business Dialogue Central and Eastern Europe will take place again on Thursday, September 26, 2024 in Rijswijk. During the Business Dialogue you will hear more about the wonderful opportunities that this region offers. Come to this event and join on a journey through business opportunities in countries in this region.

What makes this region interesting?

Central and Eastern Europe are booming business. Thanks to the EU, the fast-growing economies have easy-to-enter sales markets. Many Dutch entrepreneurs have already discovered how many opportunities this region offers. For example, in 2023, Dutch exports to Poland alone were worth €21 billion.

Central and Eastern European countries are also making major investments in sustainability. There are many opportunities for Dutch companies in renewable energy and sustainable mobility. Dutch products, machines, services and knowledge are well known in this region.

And last but not least: Central and Eastern Europe is emerging as a new favourite for production locations. Due to supply chain disruptions from Asia, many European companies are sourcing production closer to home.
