During the conference we will organize a Netherlands Lounge, where you can have your meetings/conversations. The mission is led by the envoy for reconstruction of Ukraine, mr. Roderick van Schreven.

Rebuild Ukraine conference in Warsaw

During the Rebuild Ukraine conference in Warsaw you will learn more about planned reconstruction projects. You will also come into contact with important Ukrainian organizations. The Rebuild Ukraine conference brings together governments, international financial institutions, companies and Ukrainian municipalities. The purpose of the conference is to present reconstruction projects and bring different parties together. This conference follows a successful first edition in February 2023.

At the conference you will come into contact with about 100 Ukrainian municipalities and a number of ministries. There are internationals from all over the world who are interested in the reconstruction of Ukraine. Major international financial institutions involved in reconstruction are also coming to Warsaw for this conference.

The conference is organized by:

• The Ukrainian Ministries of Energy and of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development;
• The Ukrainian State Agency for Infrastructure Repair and Development;
• The Polish Ministry of Economic Development and Technology;
• The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine; and
• Relevant ministries of EU partner countries.

For whom?

Participation in this mission is open to Dutch companies, knowledge institutions and other organizations that are active in:

• energy (solar energy, wind energy, hydrogen, biomass technologies, geothermal energy, energy efficiency and energy storage);
• water;
• agri-food (horticulture, (bio)energy, dairy/livestock farming, agrologistics); and
• Life Sciences & Health (LSH).

You can network at a high level because many Ukrainian municipalities and ministries come to the conference.

• You present yourself to a large Ukrainian and international audience, together with other Dutch companies and organisations;
• You will come into contact with Ukrainian organizations and companies and with possible international partners; and
• You are exploring your business opportunities in the reconstruction of Ukraine.

Program

The Rebuild Ukraine conference will take place on November 14 & 15, 2023, in Warsaw.
Participants in this NL Lounge and conference will travel to Warsaw on November 13, 2023. We are organizing a kick-off and networking meeting, in collaboration with the Dutch embassy in Warsaw.

NL Lounge

The Netherlands will have its own NL Lounge at the conference. Dutch participants may use the Lounge as a reception aand information area and to hold conversations. Matchmaking also takes place in the NL Lounge.

The organization is still working on the NL Lounge program and Rebuild Ukraine mission. In any case, the program includes:

• participation and visit to the Rebuild Ukraine conference;
• kick-off and network meeting (kick-off meeting);
• matchmaking;
• attending the conference networking meeting; and
• information session (of specific sectors).

Costs and participation

Participation fee is €500 per organization (1 person per organization). For each additional person you pay €250. These costs include:

• participation and presentation in the NL Lounge;
• kick-off reception;
• matchmaking;
• network meeting from the exhibition organization;
• local support by the organization; and
• 1 conference pass.

Travel and accommodation costs are for your own account and risk. After registration we will inform you about possibilities for accommodation. You are free to arrange your own travel and accommodation.

A maximum number of participants applies to certain program components.

Registration

Sign up for the NL Lounge and Rebuild Ukraine mission. You can register until September 15, 2023.

Participation in this mission is only open to Dutch companies and knowledge institutions that fit within the above-mentioned set-up and substantive focus of this trade mission. Registration and the automatic confirmation of receipt therefore do not mean that you can automatically participate in the trade mission.

You will receive a final confirmation of your participation after the registration period has closed.

The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) is organizing this mission in collaboration with:

• Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
• Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate;
• The Dutch embassies in Kyiv and Warsaw;
• Top Sector Agri & Food;
• Task Force Health Care (TFHC); and
• other involved public and private partners such as NWP.
