Wind power is expected to play a greater role in achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 as one of the main power sources. WIND EXPO gathers a wide range of technologies for wind power generation including wind turbines to wind farm construction, maintenance and operation, and offshore wind technologies, etc. As a well-established business platform of the latest technologies, information, and people, the show contributes to the development of the wind energy industry.

The Wind Expo, as part of the Smart Energy Week, is held twice a year in Tokyo, Japan.

Netherlands participation

We don’t anticipate to participate in this event. With regards to Japan, we are focussing on the below activities:

• Wind Expo Tokyo 2025 Spring (February 18 – 21, 2025)
• World Expo Osaka – Offshore Energy Week | Innovation mission (September 21 – 25, 2025)
• Global Offshore Wind Summit Japan (October 15 – 17, 2025)
• Wind Expo Tokyo 2026 Spring (March 16 – 19, 2026)
