VIND is the Nordic Region’s largest meeting place for the wind energy industry and will take place on October 22-23, 2024, in Stockholm, Sweden. During the event, industry, politics, and the public sector will gather at Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre. Participants will  meet in the exhibition hall for networking and business meetings, coffee, lunch and mingle. The seminar program will feature key messages from leading figures in politics, public sector and business. The program is interpreted into English for the international guests.

In Sweden, wind energy plays an important role in the decarbonisation of the industry. It is expected that Sweden will have 8.3GW of new onshore capacity installed during the period 2024-2030. Sweden’s offshore wind market is fully merchant and there are many projects under development. Sweden could have 1.8GW of offshore wind capacity installed by 2030.

During the VIND event, you have the opportunity to get in touch with the important players in the Swedish wind energy market, and gain knowledge about the current and expected developments. VIND is THE most important wind energy event in Sweden, and therefore offers you opportunities to expand your network and capitalize on your business opportunities.

Netherlands pop-up booth

Holland Home of Wind Energy (HHWE) intends to set up a Netherlands pop-up booth at the VIND 2024. The pop-up booth will be 6sqm, and can be used to meet (potential) clients. See the floormap of the event location here. HHWE has an optional reservation for booth #4.

Participation in the pop-up booth includes, among others:

• 1 conference ticket for VIND 2024;
• Entrance to the official networking dinner on 22/10 at 19:00 at Waterfront Congress Centre, organized by the Swedish Wind Energy Assocation;
• Conference ticket includes admission to the exhibition and seminar program, as well as catering (mingle plate and drinks on day 1 and breakfast, lunch, coffee, mingle plate and drinks on day 2) – there will be no catering at the pop-up booth itself;
• Showcase of your company logo on roll up banner;
• Shared TV screen for PPT (max. 6 slides) or corporate video (max. 1,5 min);
• On-site support;
• Support in arranging individual meetings with Swedish stakeholders;
• Hotel and flight recommendation; and
• Joint promotion.

Disclaimer: please note that we need at least 10 participating companies in order to proceed with the NL pop-up booth. In case we won’t have enough participants, all registered people will receive a notification about this September 13, 2024 at the latest.

Participation costs

HHWE members: €1.650 (additional conference tickets €900 per ticket)
Non members: €2.000 (additional conference tickets €950 per ticket)

All prices are without VAT and travel related expenses. To cover part of the fee, SME’s can apply for a SIB Collective Activity Subsidy via RVO, worth of 80% of the participant fee with a maximum of €2.500. It’s up to RVO to decide whether the SIB application will be granted, we can’t give any guarantees.
