WEBINAR: Offshore wind opportunities in South Korea

Norwegian Energy Partners (NORWEP) and Innovation Norway, in cooperation with the Norwegian Embassy in Seoul, will arrange a market webinar for offshore wind in South Korea where the present and active Norwegian developers Equinor, Aker Offshore Wind and Deep Wind Offshore will present their plans and focus areas.
South Korea’s offshore wind power capacity is planned increased from the current 124.5 MW to 13 GW by 2030, a target set in the Renewable Energy 3020 Implementation Plan announced back in 2018. We are now witnessing a green evolution in South Korea where offshore wind is going to play a crucial role, and the South Korean market is in an exciting phase, attracting the large international market players. This development opens a unique opportunity for Norwegian companies offering products and services to this sector.
