Wind Energy Ireland’s Offshore Wind Conference, along with our comprehensive trade mission, will take place from May 26 – 29, 2025, in Dublin, Ireland. This conference is a significant event in Ireland’s journey towards a zero-carbon energy future.

Six offshore wind projects, with a combined capacity of 4.1GW, are awaiting planning decisions. An auction for the 900MW Tonn Nua DMAP site is imminent, and industry is planning for an early floating offshore wind demonstration project.

Ireland’s newly appointed Government will continue its commitment to energy security, competitiveness and carbon emission reduction, with focus on reinforcing the electricity grid, speeding up the planning process and laying the foundation for Irish energy independence.

Holland Home of Wind Energy (HHWE), together with the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Dublin, and the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), is organizing a Netherlands pop-up booth and NL delegation visit.

The following services are included:

• Conference ticket to access all conference sessions, technical visits, and network sessions (excl. gala dinner on May 27: tickets available €125,00 excl. VAT);
• Your logo integrated in the NL pop-up booth design;
• Services of NL pop-up booth such as meeting place, space for brochures etc.
• Shared TV to display corporate video (max. 1,5 min) OR PowerPoint Presentation (max. 6 slides);
• Participation in the NL – IE side event(s) – TBC;
• On-site support by HHWE, NL Embassy and RVO;
• Targeted introductions to companies of interest;
• Hotel and flight recommendation; and
• Joint promotion.

Gala dinner tickets                                    €125,00 per ticket/person (PIB Ireland members get 1 gala dinner ticket for free)

The price includes all services as described Above (all prices are excluding VAT and travel related expenses). To cover part of the fee, SME’s can apply for a SIB Collective Activity Subsidy via RVO, with a maximum worth of 80% of the participant fee (max. €2.500,00). Whether the application is granted is up to RVO, HHWE is not responsible.
